We aim to supply you with good quality products and provide descriptions based upon our observations and manufaturers knowledge to help you choose. If you recieve something and;
- it is not as expected or you do not want it after all, we will accept it back for replacement or refund as long as you let us know within 14 days of receipt
- is damaged or there is a problem with it we will arrange for a replacement or refund upon return, get in touch so that we can sort this out with you.
Issues arising from all purchases made via Amazon must be comminicated via your Amazon order to enable us to use their correct returns processes.
